Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are down four cents this week according to the weekly survey by AAA Northeast.
AAA’s survey of prices for October 22nd found self-serve regular unleaded averaging $2.80 per gallon.
The Massachusetts price is five centers lower than the national average of $2.85.
A year ago at this time, the average price in Massachusetts was 31 cents lower at $2.49.
The range in prices in the latest AAA Survey for unleaded regular is 47 cents from a low of $2.62 to a high of $3.09.
