Barnstable DPW/Road Work

The Barnstable Department of Public Works will begin roadway improvements on Smith Street in Hyannis next Tuesday, October 9th.
Improvements will include pavement milling, drainage structure adjustments, a new granite curb, sidewalk improvements and a new asphalt road surface.
The work will take place between 7 A.M. and 5 P.M. and is expected to be completed by Friday, October 26th.
Vehicle access during construction operations will be restricted to one lane and motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid the construction work.
