Wellfleet Town Administrator, Daniel Hoort, says Thursday’s community forum to discuss shark-related issues has been moved to a larger venue.
The forum will now take place at the Wellfleet School Gymnasium at 100 Lawrence Road at 6 p.m.
The forum was called for following the first shark fatality in the state in more than 80 years. 26-year old Arthur Medici of Revere was bitten while boogie boarding off Newcomb Hollow Beach on September 15.
A month earlier, a Scarsdale, NY man was bitten off Long Nook Beach in Truro. William Lytton continues his recovery from that incident.
