Mother Nature has, once again, forced the Cape Cod National Seashore to close Marconi Beach Road and the beach parking lot. The closure is until further notice.
High tides and erosion have damaged the stairway from the top of the bluff to the beach beyond immediate repair. Just prior to the start of the 2018 summer season, the Seashore spent $180,000 to repair the stairs from winter storm damage.
