Officials with Gosnold on Cape Cod say the rehabilitation facility’s expansion plan to relocate to 359 Jones Road in Falmouth is permanently off the table. In their first public comment since stating that was the case, Gosnold President and CEO, Richard Curcuru and Gosnold Vice President of Operations and Strategic Partnerships, Beth Folcarelli, appearing on the Ed Lambert Show, have started the process of searching for another location:
"We are focusing our efforts on Cape and in Falmouth or in the upper middle Cape regon ," said Folcarelli. "That's our preferred location. We may not be able to secure that or find that, but that's our definite preference."
Folcarelli says Gosnold heard the outcry from the Falmouth community and pulled the plug on the prospect of relocating next to the Morse Pond School.
