Police looking for suspect who reportedly hit swan with boat intentionally

The Executive Director of the Cape Wildlife Center says a swan that was believed to have been hit intentionally by a fisherman is dead.
Zak Mertz says the swan was euthanized as a result of an infection that stemmed from its injuries after being hit on May 12th on Mashpee-Wakeby pond.
Mertz says local animal control officers spent two weeks looking for the bird.
The Mashpee Police Department is looking for the suspect.
