Monomoy “Dollars for Scholars” is thanking the seniors at Monomoy High School for their generosity.
The “Dollars for Scholars” program presented the seniors with a check for $500 for their participation in the Hoop-A-Thon fund raiser. The seniors, in turn, gave the money back to “Dollars for Scholars” requesting it be given as a scholarship to a student.
The scholarship will be given next year to a continuing education student from the class of 2018.
