Two people were arrested Sunday night in connection with an armed robbery in Hyannis and Barnstable Police tell WXTK News they are still seeking at least one more suspect in the matter.
Shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday, police responded to 800 Bearses Way for an armed robbery.
The officers were able to relay suspect information and a vehicle description in a county-wide BOLO transmission.
Mass State Police stopped a vehicle matching the description on Route 134 in Dennis a few hours after the initial call, holding the two occupants until Barnstable Police arrived on scene. They were taken back to BPD Headquarters where it is reported they were booked on Armed Robbery charges.
The search continues for the prime suspect in the case.
