The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today started what is expected to be a near two-month project on the Sagamore Bridge.
The contractor for the project, R. Zoppo Corporation of Stoughton, will conduct off-road work both today and Tuesday. Weather permitting, lane restrictions will go in place on Wednesday. Those restrictions will stay in place throughout the duration of the work which is expected to last 55 days.
