Falmouth Man Arrested For 3rd OUI.

Wareham PD/OUI 3rd Offense


Wareham Police were called to the Mobil Gas Station on Cranberry Highway Saturday night for a report of an intoxicated man operating a motor vehicle.

Officers approached the individual, who was standing near the pumps by his vehicle, and determined that he had been driving and appeared impaired.

67 year old Garry Currier of Falmouth was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, 3rd offense, and possession of an open container in a motor vehicle.

Currier was also found with a small baggie of cocaine and was further charged with possession of a class ‘B’ substance.

A passenger in the car, 51 year old Kevin Ouellette of Falmouth, was also taken into custody because of an active warrant for his arrest.
