Wareham PD/Home Invasion

Wareham Police Officers responded to a report of a home invasion late Tuesday afternoon.
The incident took place at a home on Choctaw Drive where the victim told police two men and a woman broke in and began beating him with baseball bats.
In addition to beating him, the men reportedly stole the victim’s wallet containing a large quantity of cash.
Another person in the home was also struck several times.
Police quickly identified the suspects and obtained arrest warrants for them this morning at Wareham District Court.
Arrested today were 30 year old Katherine Green of 31 Dry Cedar Swamp Road and 24 year old Jeffrey Johnson of 16 Catherine Court.
The third suspect, 38 year old Daniel Russ of Marstons Mills, has not been located.
All three are charged with home invasion, armed robbery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Wareham Police say the home invasion was not random and their investigation is continuing.
