A 28 year old Harwich man has been sentenced to 5 to 6 years in state prison after a Barnstable County Jury found him guilty of rape and misleading a police investigation.
David Condon will also serve three years on probation after his release.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred at a residence in Harwich in January of 2017 where the defendant, victim and a third party were socializing and drinking.
The victim lost consciousness and awoke to find Condon having sex with her, to which she never consented.
Condon was also found guilty of providing investigators with a false address.
The case was investigated by the Harwich Police Department.
