The Yarmouth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 30 year old Matthew Julian from Middleboro.
Julian is a convicted felon and has a wide ranging criminal record with 41 prior charges on his adult record in Massachusetts.
On Friday, November 2nd, Julian reportedly attacked a pregnant woman he knew on Long Pond Drive in South Yarmouth.
YPD officers responded and assisted the victim.......Julian, however, had fled the area and could not be located. An arrest warrant and protective order were issued.
Last Saturday YPD officers tracked down and located Julian hiding in a basement in a home on Webbers Path in West Yarmouth and took him into custody.
A civilian bail commissioner set Julian’s bail at $540.00, which he paid and was released................he did not show up for court on Monday.
He is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has several tattoos, including two hearts on his back.
He has warrants for assault and battery on a pregnant woman and violation of a protective order.........he may be driving a green 2003 GMC pickup truck....Mass. Commercial registration 521-150.
