Perry Indicted For Murder

A Barnstable County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 38 year old Eli Perry of Mashpee for first degree murder and aggravated assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon on a person 60 years or older.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office says indictments were also returned against Perry’s girlfriend, 30 year old Paige Malone, for accessory after the fact to murder and unlawful disposal of a human body.
Perry has been charged in the December 2017 stabbing death of his father, 65 year old Raymond “Ray” Perry who was reported missing on December first 2017
Following an extensive joint investigation with numerous police agencies, Perry’s body was recovered on December 18th 2017 off of Federal Furnace Road in Plymouth.
The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head in combination with cutting wounds to the neck.
Perry and Malone are being held without bail and will be arraigned in Barnstable Superior Court.
