Bourne PD/Man Injured Falling Off Golf Cart

Bourne Police are investigating an accident Wednesday afternoon in which a 54 year old man from Taunton fell off of a golf cart.
The unidentified victim was reportedly riding on the back of a four seat cart when it hit a bump throwing him off of the vehicle, causing severe injuries to his abdomen and head.
Rescuers called for a Medflight to take the man to Rhode Island Hospital in providence. He condition has not been released.
