Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are up two cents this week according AAA Northeast.

Monday’s survey of prices in the state finds self-serve regular averaging $2.84 per gallon. The Massachusetts price is a penny higher than the national average of $2.83........

A year ago at this time the average price of gas in the state was 58 cents lower at $2.26 per gallon.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 48 cents ...........from a low of $2.69 to a high of $3.17.
