Police officers stopped a vehicle in Yarmouth Port early Friday morning for erratic operation.
The incident occurred at about 2:35 a.m. on Route 6-A.
The driver, 23-year-old Claudio Siguencia, of Hyannis, was questioned by Yarmouth Police at the scene, and later found to be intoxicated and unlicensed; the passenger of the vehicle also did not have a license.
Siguencia was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor (Second Offense), Failure to Stay within Marked Lanes, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
He was taken to YPD headquarters and subsequently released on personal recognizance after paying a $40 fee.
Siguencia is scheduled for arraignment on Thursday in Barnstable District Court.
