Mashpee School Superintendent Determined To Have Broken The Rules
6/27/18The Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance is ruling that Mashpee Public Schools Superintendent Patricia DeBoer has violated campaign finance law.
The state has determined that DeBoer ran afoul of the rules by using school email in the run-up to may's town election to send an apparent endorsement of two incumbents in the school committee race.
State officials say no action will be taken and that the guidance on the matter will ensure future compliance.
