The Dennis and Harwich Fire Departments responded to a report of a four car motor vehicle rear-end crash on Route 6 Eastbound around Thursday morning just after 9:30.
Dennis Fire Officials say there were three automobiles and a UPS delivery truck involved which tied up the traffic for miles in both directions.
Three people were transported to Cape Cod Hospital with non- life threatening injuries.
State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
