Harwich Swap Shop New Rules
6/14/18Only Harwich residents are now being allowed to use a swap shop in town.
The chairman of the Treasure Chest says everyone else will have to stay out starting next month after Harwich Selectmen decided to adopt the new policy last week.
Officials say an increase in customers from all over has contributed to the waste stream, and that there were other problems with out-of-towners using it.
