Accused murderer Christopher Fratantonio has been found guilty by a Barnstable Superior Court Grand Jury.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office says Fratantonio was found guilty Friday of murder in the First Degree in the stabbing death of his wife Mary Fratantonio in February of 2017.
In a statement, the D.A. says the jury deliberated for approximately two hours, after a five day trial, before returning its verdict.
Judge Gary Nickerson sentenced Fratantonio to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
