A rollover accident in Yarmouth yesterday afternoon sent one person to Cape Cod Hospital.
The accident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Route 6 at the Exit 7 off-ramp.
Yarmouth Fire-Rescue arrived on scene and located the rolled-over vehicle with the driver trapped inside.
Rescuers needed to extricate the victim through the windshield; the driver was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation by Massachusetts State Police.
