Centerville Fire

The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department responded Monday afternoon for a report of a fire at 39 Maddaket Lane in Centerviile.
Arriving crews didn’t see and smoke or fire, but once inside the one story ranch style house, found fire in the basement in the vicinity of the dryer vent and above an electrical panel.
The fire was quickly extinguished, one of the occupants of the home was evaluate for smoke inhalation and Eversource arrived to secure the power.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
