Yarmouth Police responded to a residence Friday morning for an unresponsive man.
Officers arrived on scene at approximately 7:45 and found the subject passed out in his vehicle.
Yarmouth Fire and Rescue arrived and attempted life-saving procedures, but were unable to save the man.
It was determined the victim died sometime overnight from apparent heroin-fentanyl use; police say this is the 7th known heroin-fentanyl related death in Yarmouth so far this year.
