Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire and Rescue responded to a head on collision late Saturday night.
The accident occurred at approximately 11:21 p.m. on Route 28 and Old East Osterville Road.
Rescuers arrived on location and found two vehicles had struck each other head on.
All three occupants were evaluated at the scene and taken to Cape Cod Hospital with serious injuries.
Route 28 was closed in both directions for about a half hour until the scene was cleared; Barnstable Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
