A police cruiser struck and killed a pedestrian in Centerville early Sunday morning.
The accident happened at approximately 2 a.m. along route 28 between West Main Street and Phinney’s Lane.
EMS arrived on scene and evaluated the driver of the cruiser, who was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with minor injuries.
There is no further information available at this time as Barnstable and Massachusetts State Police are currently investigating the incident.
