The Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals is telling a local resident to take his lobster sales fight to State Superior Court.
That was the result of a hearing Thursday for Jon Tolley, who was trying to appeal a decision that forced him to halt a family tradition of selling their catch from their property on Iroquois Boulevard in West Yarmouth that dates back to 1930.
The panel told Tolley it was the same petition they heard back in the fall and their decision was not appealed in a timely manner.
Police had to be called in when the discussion got too heated for board members.
