A Hampden County Superior Court judge has released one of the men in connection with a 2023 shooting in Holyoke that resulted in the death of a young child.
Alejandro Ramos, Junior is out on personal recognizance, but he will be required to wear a GPS tracking device.
Ramos and two other men have been indicted on charges connected to the 2023 Sargeant Street shooting.
Prosecutors say that the three men engaged in a shooting in October of 2023.
A woman on the bus survived the shooting, but was rushed to the hospital to give birth. Her baby didn't make it.
Two other men connected to the case remain in custody, held without the right to bail.
