Two Arrested- Gun, Drugs Confiscated In Falmouth Investigation

Falmouth Police have arrested two people in stopping a drug operation earlier this week.

Police were investigating a Central Avenue location when they saw a car drive up and a potential drug deal going down.

Police followed the vehicle and pulled over the car for a marked lane violation.

A search of that car led police to discover what they have referred to as "illicit pills."

A 35 year old man from Dennis booked on a variety of charges. Benjamin Morris was released on personal recognizance.

While staking out the same general location, police saw another potential drug deal, followed the car involved and stopped it a short time later for a defective tail light.

A search of an occupant revealed multiple baggies containing cocaine, fentanyl, and illicit pills.

As a result, Heidi Debarros, 53, of Falmouth, was arrested for possession of cocaine and fentanyl.

She is being held in lieu of 5 thousand dollars bail.

Meantime, after applying for a search warrant for a home, police also confiscated a 20 guage shotgun and ammo.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
