Bourne Police say a woman was pulled from the waters of the Cape Cod Canal on Thursday.
When officers arrived at the scene shortly before 1:00 yesterday afternoon, they found a woman in the water who could not make it to shore, and multiple agencies responded to rescue her.
The 31-year-old from Wareham was taken ashore and transported to the hospital.
There is no word on her condition or how she ended up in the water.
Police do say it was not a criminal incident.
