A white 15-year-old male has pleaded guilty to attempted murder for allegedly trying to drown a black teen in Chatham.
John Sheeran entered the guilty plea in mid December in Barnstable Juvenile Court.
Prosecutors say Sheeran was 14-years-old when the incident happened in July of last year at Goose Pond.
He will be sentenced in February.
