Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois has announced an update on the body found in a vehicle that crashed and caught fire in Sandwich.
He says 86-year-old Susan Lauber was driving near Peter's Pond when her vehicle left the paved road, drove around a cottage and into the woods.
The vehicle came to rest leaning on the passenger side and caught fire, trapping Lauber inside of it.
She was dead at the scene when emergency crews arrived.
