A pedestrian has died after a Friday morning crash in Mashpee.
Police have announced that the victim, who was struck on Job's Fishing Road, passed away early Saturday.
The victim was walking his dog when he was struck and emergency crews took him to Falmouth Hospital for treatment.
The victim's dog died at the scene.
The driver involved in the accident remained on-site and police say their investigation is ongoing.
