A pair of popular gathering places in Chatham are changing hands.
The Cape Cod Coffee Company has taken over the two Chatham Perk locations on Orleans Road and Main Street.
The now former owner says she wants to spend more time with her family but plans to stick around for a while to ensure a smooth transition.
The new owners are promising to keep the quality food and drinks and friendly service while extending the shops' operating hours.
All the current employees are keeping their jobs.
