Another fugitive is poised to head back to his home country following an arrest by ERO Boston on Martha's Vineyard.
A 37-year-old Brazilian national was taken into custody in Oak Bluffs on September 17th after ICE was told that he had been convicted in Brazil in 2012 for his role in an international drug trafficking ring and was sentenced to more than decade in prison.
The fugitive legally entered the U.S. in 2020 but didn't say anything about his previous conviction, a violation of his legal admission.
