Dennis Big Lots Store Among 300 Locations Closing Nationwide

The Big Lots store in Dennis is among the 300 stores the retailer is closing nationwide.

The retailer says it is accepting employee requests to transfer to other Big Lots locations if they're interested in remaining with the company.

The workers who cannot transfer are being offered a severance package.

Following the closure, the Big Lots closest to Cape Cod will be in the stores in Plymouth and Fairhaven.
