Another increase in sales and median prices in the latest housing report.
The Warren Group says stateside sales were up by about 8 percent and median prices up by more than 6 percent to more than 650 thousand dollars.
In Barnstable County median prices were up by about a third to 520 thousand.
The town of Barnstable saw prices drop by 40 grand – but still over one point three million.
Dennis prices rose 3 percent to 762 thousand.
Hyannis sales were up 12 percent to 590 thousand. Sandwich saw a 24 percent increase in prices to just over 790 thousand dollars.
The experts say the prices are out of sight because the inventory is low right now.
