A 30-year-old Marstons Mills woman will be answering home invasion, attempted arson and weapons charges.
Lori Zamora is accused of confronting a 58-year-old man around 4:00 Monday afternoon at a home on Tevyaw Road in Hyannis after he canceled a generator job he was supposed to complete for her.
Barnstable police say Zamora kicked in the door of the home and threatened the people inside with a knife before pouring gas outside of the place and threatening to set it ablaze.
The victim suffered a cut to his hand while trying to diffuse the situation.
