Orleans Police are investigating a suspected road rage crash that sent a man to the hospital on Friday.
The crash happened along Main Street near the Santander Bank.
The 53-year-old man who was injured was sent to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment and the 43-year-old driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call police.
