Plymouth Police believe a stabbing death in Manomet was domestic-related.
Twenty-six-year-old Matthew Paluzzi allegedly killed his father on Thursday and fled the area. He was later located in Hanover and Massachusetts State Police took him to Plymouth Police Headquarters.
Paluzzi has been charged with murder in the death of his 76-year-old father, Anthony.
Police have provided nothing related to a motive. That could be released during the arraignment.
