The Coast Guard has issued a bulletin to mariners after more debris fell from an already damaged wind turbine about 15 miles off Nantucket.
According to reports, vessels were urged to use extreme caution after a piece of debris 300-feet-long was spotted.
The CEO of Vineyard Wind, the company overseeing the wind turbine farm, has said it's unclear what caused the damage.
