The Martha's Vineyard man accused stabbing four young girls at a movie theater in Braintree, has pleaded not guilty.
Twenty-six-year-old Jared Ravizza entered the plea during a virtual hearing in Quincy District Court on Thursday.
He is charged with four counts of assault to murder and four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Police say Ravizza drove to Plymouth and stabbed two McDonald's employees after the May 25 incident at the theater.
he was arrested after crashing his car in Sandwich during a high-speed police chase.
Ravizza is currently detained at Bridgewater State Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
