Eversource crews have been busy across the Cape this week.
They were called out to Chatham where some 12-hundred customers lost power for more than an hour and the utility is pointing the finger at an osprey nest for causing the short circuit.
Eversource just got done replacing a blown transformer that caused about 75-hundred customers in Sandwich and Bourne to lose electric service for a brief time Tuesday afternoon.
The utility also had to replace a power pole early Tuesday that was taken out in a crash.
