Police in Barnstable say a 62 year old man was stabbed in his own Cape Cod home yesterday.
The victim life-flighted to a Rhode Island Hospital.
Police were called yesterday afternoon, about 4pm to an Old Stage Road home where they found the victim stabbed multiple times.
Police have only said that the man sustained life threatening injuries.
A 24 year old man has been arrested.
That man is not being identified until his arraignment.
But he is being held on assault and battery on a person over the age of 60.
We are expecting more details in court later today.
