Final paving work connected to the Vineyard Wind project is expected to begin today, according to Barnstable Department of Public Works officials.
The work will take place on Wequaquet Lane and Strawberry Hill Road from Route 28 to Pine Street.
This will include the intersections of Strawberry Hill with Route 28 and West Main Street.
The project will be split into stages over the next three weeks.
Road closures and detours are to be expected.
