Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren says the U.S. should withhold military assistance from Israel if that country continues to restrict humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Warren and several other Senate Democrats wrote to President Biden claiming that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is violating U.S. law regarding international aid.
The United Nations reported a half-million people in Gaza are at risk of starvation.
Last week the Biden administration authorized air drops of food into the war-torn area.
