Donald Trump will be on the Massachusetts Republican primary ballot.
The state Ballot Law Commission yesterday rejected a request to remove Trump from the state ballot.
A complaint was filed with the commission seeking Trump's removal for violating the 14th amendment, alleging that he participated in an insurrection on January sixth of 2021.
The commission finds that Trump appearing on the ballot is the result of a nomination process over which it does not have jurisdiction.
