Cape and Islands stakeholders, including parents, teachers, advocates, and lawmakers rallied in support of legislation that would make early childhood education and childcare accessible to all Bay State families.
The event at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce included testimony from parents, who noted the prohibitive cost of quality childcare.
The Common Start Coalition, which counts numerous organizations and supporters highlighted how state funding has stabilized the childcare system over the past two years, and that funding must continue.
