A multi-vehicle crash which included a Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus in Barnstable remains under investigation.
The crash happened Tuesday on Old Stage Road near Carleton Lane.
According to a police report: "Soon after arriving at the hospital, the unresponsive operator, a 39-year-old male from Centerville, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead."
Authorities say the C-C-R-T-A bus was carrying three passengers, and that they avoided injuries.
