An Edgartown man has been arrested and charged with the armed bank robbery of a Falmouth Bank this past April.
According to the charging documents, Petar Petyoshin allegedly zip-tied some of the people in the bank and indicated that he had a bomb.
The 40-year-old Petyoshin is currently in state custody and will appear in federal court at a later date.
If convicted, he faces 25 years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine.
